Lettings Department

John Darroch – Sales Manager.  John is responsible for landlord/tenant negotiation and sales development.

 

Antoinette Orr - Lettings Manager. Antoinette is responsible for all negotiations between landlords and tenants. Property development and advertising.

Michael Gavin - New Business Manager (FALKIRK). Michael is responsible for new business in and around Falkirk. He works remotely and can be contacted on 01324 830006

Roy Adams – Property Manager.  Roy is responsible for tenant check-ins/outs and all matters arising with property maintenance/management

 

Gillian Burns - Assistant Property Manager. Gillian works along side John to arrange property maintenance. She also is responsible for all lease documentation.

 

Accounts Department

Kelly Fowler is our Accounts Manager.  Kelly looks after the general supervision of the office and its workings. This includes all payments to landlords and contractors etc.

 

Live and rent in Livingston & Falkirk

Livingston is a fairly new town built in West Lothian, Scotland.  It has excellent public transport connections with its own railway station; Livingston South Train Station. The Designer Outlet in the town centre is a great place for shopping and locals can catch the latest films at the Vue Cinema.    

 

Bathgate is an older market town which dates back to the medieval period.  Edinburgh Airport is just 13 miles from the centre so it’s very convenient for travel around the rest of the UK and Europe.

 

The town of Falkirk is close by.  The name means the Speckled Church, presumably referring to the different coloured stone the church was built from. Callendar Business Park is a major employer in the area close to Junction 5 of the M9 motorway.
