The Liverpool South office is located on Allerton Road in the centre of Woolton Village.  We’ve been trading since December 2007, building our reputation in the area through good service and word of mouth.  Our area covers all of Liverpool South including Woolton, Hunts Cross, Wavertree and Aigburth.  We believe local knowledge is key to providing a quality service and are members of the local Business Network, a great source for meeting with people, forming partnerships and becoming a firm and trusted member of the community.  We also work closely with the Wirral and Widnes offices, sharing client leads and local knowledge.

Katie Haggar-Jones has joined lettings specialists Martin & Co Liverpool South as Sales and Office Administrator. Katie brings with her a wealth of administration experience, her previous role was a Administration Team Leader in the Immigration Service.

Another new starter is Helen Bowers, Helen joins Martin & Co Liverpool South from a local competitor. Helen has a wealth of Lettings experience and joins the team as the Sales and Property Co-ordinator.

With over 88,000 residents, the South of Liverpool is a mix of residential and business space.  A popular suburb of South Liverpool is Woolton, a historical village where Lennon & McCartney first met.  Allegedly Eleanor Rigby, the subject of one of The Beatles songs, is buried in the local graveyard at St Peter’s Church and thousands of tourists flock to the Strawberry Fields.  But Woolton is much more than a stop-off for Beatles fans; it’s a thriving village with wide variety of local business and a location in high demand. Another suburb, Hunts Cross, is less than three miles from Liverpool Airport with great connections to the M62 over to Manchester.  

 

We are always looking to take on all types of new properties but two and three bedrooms houses in Merseyside are extremely popular.  The Woolton area is popular for families because there are good schools in the catchment area and great amenities.  Most of our landlords are looking for a long term investment with good steady rental returns.
