Landlords - Why insurance is important!

If you're a first time Landlord it can be a rather daunting experience letting out your property with so many things to be aware of and action.

One of the most important things is insurance. There are two types of insurance, Tenant insurance and Landlord insurance.

Landlord insurance covers your property and any fixtures or fittings you leave in it as part of the rental, such as the fridge, freezer and carpets.

Tenants insurance covers the contents they have brought with them to your property, such as beds, settees etc.
