Mark Creswell is the Franchise Owner, who has a strong background in property finance. Mark has extensive sales and customer service experience and is responsible for developing good working relationships with our Landlords and tenants to grow the business.

Dawn Creswell is the Property Manager, Dawn is directly responsible for day-to-day property management to all of our properties. Dawn's responsibility is to ensure all management issues from both tenant and landlord are dealt with quickly and effectively to ensure both parties remain happy throughout their tenancy agreement. Dawn is also very organised and makes sure the office runs smoothly.

Margaret Stewart is the Senior Lettings Negotiator, with over 5 years experience of working in the residential property market in Lincoln. Margaret has an excellent knowledge of the property market. You can rely on the best advice at all times, whether you are moving into a property for the first time or just after advice on the area or letting in general.

Shirley Grogan-White is the Lettings Negotiator, with over 4 years of experience of working in the residential property market throughout England. Shirley can support all new landlords through the transition of purchasing a property to the letting and will advise landlords on how to build their portfolios. 

Gemma Robinson is the Property Administrator. Gemma deals with all New tenant's referancing and  move in's. phone calls day to day, whether it be tenants, landlords, or enquires. She also does everyday office duties and makes sure everything is up to date.

Mark French is our Saturday Adminsitratior. Mark deals with all Landlord and Tenant enquiries and  organises all your property inspections.

Lincoln is steeped in history, and brimming with life. Lincoln has great historical features such as the Catherdral and the Castle which attracts a lot of tourists to Lincoln, along with the Christmas Market which is a very well known event to the people world over.
