The Lincoln team

We are a small but perfectly formed team who cover all areas of the business and seek to offer a very professional and personal service to our Landlords and Tenants.

 

Mark Creswell is the Franchise Owner, who has a strong background in property finance. Mark has extensive sales and customer service experience and is responsible for developing good working relationships with our Landlords and tenants to grow the business.

 

Amy Barber is the Lettings Negotiator, with over 5 years experience of working in the residential property market in Lincoln. Amy has an excellent knowledge of the property market. You can rely on the best advice at all times, whether you are moving into a property for the first time or just after advice on the area or letting in general.

 

Mosab Al-Ani is the Property Manager, with over 7 years experience in the property letting and management industry, you can rely on Mosab to do anything. He is directly responsible for day-to-day property management to all of our properties. Mosab's responsibility is to ensure all management issues from both tenant and landlord are dealt with quickly and effectively to ensure both parties remain happy throughout their tenancy agreement. Mosab is also very organised and makes sure the office runs smoothly.

 

Shelley is the Property Administrator and has recently just joined our team with previous administrator experience. Shelley deals with phone calls day to day, whether it be tenants, landlords, or enquires. She also does everyday office duties and makes sure everything is up to date.

Lincoln is steeped in history, and brimming with life. Lincoln has great historical features such as the Catherdral and the Castle which attracts a lot of tourists to Lincoln, along with the Christmas Market which is a very well known event to the people world over.
