1. We call at your property at a time that is agreed and undertake a free market appraisal. We photograph the property extensiively to show it off to its best advantage and compose a dynamic advert. Your contact details are not disclosed in the advertisement, so you won't receive unsolicited calls or emails.
2. We will speak to each potential tenant that enquires about your property and ensure that they are viable. We will then pass on to you the details of any potential tenant that would appear to be suitable for your property and meets your requirements. .
3. The advertising of your property will continue until you confirm to us that the property has been let.

What is it like to live and rent in Lichfield?
The city of Lichfield is famous for two things, it's three spired cathedral, known throughout the Midlands as the 'Ladies of the Vale', and the birthplace of Dr Johnson, writer of the first authoritative Dictionary of the English Language.
Factors such as these provide the focal point for Lichfield's intellectual scene that gave the city its own identity, together with a strong sense of pride in its local community that even industrialization dared not interfere with.
Although only a few miles of green belt separate the city from nearby Walsall and the heart of the Black Country, Lichfield has a strong cultural, cosmopolitan and expectant personality – it is quite simply a great place to live!
Getting around Lichfield
The train station is centrally located on the main Birmingham Road. this road is also the main arterial route from Burton on Trent north east of the city along the A38, and Walsall in the opposite direction making the city easily accessible by car with more than a dozen car parks around the Birmingham Road and Friary areas.
Bus routes into the city stop adjacent to the train station and, a stone's throw from the main shopping areas. Buses serve
destinations including Stafford, Rugeley, Tamworth, Cannock and local villages.
Lichfield has 2 stations and is on the Cross City Line from Birmingham with hourly trains terminating either at Lichfield City Station or one stop further at Lichfield Trent Valley . The City Station is adjacent to the city centre and is the easiest way for rail travelers to get in to the city.
Trent Valley Station is really useful because it links up with the West Coast Main Line which in turn has regular direct trains to London, Manchester and Liverpool. Other trains run to Stafford and Tamworth.
Eating, drinking and shopping in Lichfield
The Three Spires Shopping Centre has undergone an expansion programme with new shops and a new car park. Located in the city centre itself, the centre is home to over 40 stores and a number of familiar names such as M&S Simply Food, Body Shop and WHSmith.Elsewhere, the Market Square is home to one of the biggest farmer's markets in Staffordshire as well as a traditional general market selling a range of goods from clothes and music to food and household
goods.
Despite its relative small size, Lichfield manages to offer a good choice of places to eat and drink. Along Bird Street there are a number of restaurants including Don Paco, Ask, Jasmin Tandoori and the new kid on the block, Ristorante Sorrento. Whilst Chautari must be one of the few
places in the West Midlands where you will find genuine Nepalese cuisine.
Bird Street is also one of the main areas for pubs and modern bars such as Aprés – the other area being Greenhill, with the likes of the Duke of York and Bald Buck Inn being some of the most popular drinking establishments in the area. Not forgetting the extensive canal network around the city that has a number of pubs serving traditional food along the old towpaths.
If you want to get sporty there are three leisure centres in Lichfield along with a handful of private health and fitness clubs, including national chain Esporta. Whereas Curborough Sprint Course is a must for anyone who has watched Top Gear's ‘Stig' doing a lap in a ‘reasonably priced car' and thought, I'd love to do that. Curborough is Britain’s premier motorsport venue for speed sprinting against the clock. But it's not the kind of place to take the kids.Instead, you may prefer to go to nearby Alton
