Finance: Finance is centralised at Narborough Road. If you are either a landlord or tenant with a query about rent payments, arrears, or entries on bills and statements please call us on 0116 204 4923
Leicester Emergencies: If you are a tenant of Martin & Co Leicester with a genuine emergency outside business hours (for example a burst pipe) please call our 24 hour emergency number 0845 213 0201.
Please note that our contractors only cover properties managed by Martin & Co Leicester and will only visit out of hours if there is a genuine risk to life or property.
You will need to contact your landlord directly if he or she manages the property themselves.
Tenants in other areas should contact their local Martin & Co office for out-of-hours advice.

We are delighted to announce that Sally Lay has now returned from maternity leave. We're also joined by Janine Leavesley who takes up the newly created post of Finance Administrator. With regret we say goodbye to Sarah Cleaver on 30th December. Sarah has ably covered Sally's maternity leave for the past 11 months. Sarah starts a new job on 3rd January 2012 and we wish her well for the future.

Complaints process
We are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme and subscribe to their code of practice. More details can be found at www.tpos.co.uk .
If you are unhappy with the service we have provided and wish to make a formal complaint please write to either Mrs Mavis Keogh, Office Manager at Queens Road or Ms Marianne Pendred, Office Manager at Narborough Road. Your complaint will be acknowledged and formally investigated.
If you remain unhappy after our formal investigation the matter will be referred to Mr Steven Buttery, Managing Director for further investigation.
If you are still dissatisfied after our Managing Director has formally replied to you then the matter may be referred to The Property Ombudsman for an independent review and ruling.
Between the two Leicester offices we cover all of Leicester city and its surrounding suburbs. We can also cover Loughborough and surrounding areas from these offices.
Tracy McNulty has specific responsibility for the areas to the north of Leicester's A563 ring road, whilst Afzaal Hussain, Kayleigh Saunders and Prakash Parmar collectively cover the rest of Leicester and its suburbs.
There are separate offices run by different management teams in Hinckley and Coalville.
