The Leeds East Office has been established for six years in a great location at the bottom of Garforth Main Street.
We work very closely with our sister office in York, sharing advertising and marketing ideas. We also benefit from a close working relationship with Harrogate, Wakefield, Pontefract and Leeds City.
Martin & Co Leeds Garforth sponsors many local charities and fund raising events. The most recent being a donation to the local primary school to purchase new books and sponsorship of The Jane Tomlinson 10k run.

DIANE WILSON
is our New Business Manager. Having lived in Garforth for many years she has an exceptional knowledge of the area. She has worked for Martin & Co since the opening of the office in 2005 and there is very little she does not know about lettings. Diane conducts market appraisals of properties and advises landlord’s on how best to market their investment for optimum return. Friendly and approachable, she heads up the Team at Garforth.
Diane has recently passed her NFOPP examinations and has become an ARLA member.? ? (Association of Residential Letting Agents).
AMY ROGERS
is our Property Manager. Amy joined the ranks as an Administrator and quickly progressed to Lettings Negotiator and then onto Property Manager. She is now in charge of the Property Management Department at Garforth and runs a very ‘tight ship’, dealing with all post-let tenancy enquiries, repairs, safety certifications and compliances, renewals, notices and deposit returns. Amy is also in charge of managing Garforth’s large portfolio of managed properties. Amy is a very well regarded member of the team and has an extensive knowledge of the industry and its’ regulations.
REBECCA LEITCH
or Becky, as she likes to be called, is our very busy Lettings Administrator. Becky is a well regarded member of the team and has extensive knowledge and training of the lettings industry. Her job is to process all pre-let paperwork, which includes tenancy applications, referencing, tenancy agreements and ensuring all legal compliance are met. Living locally she has an excellent understanding of the area. Becky prides herself on customer service and the positive feedback we get from landlords and tenants proves that she is doing an excellent job.
BERNIE FELL
is our lettings negotiator, she has worked previously as a founder and director of a Leeds childrens charity, worked as a mediator, has extensive local knowledge and loves her city. Highly motivated, enjoys working with people and solving their housing needs. An asset to our company.
