Fixed at a 10% charge on the monthly rental for 2 week cover

We will take care of everything all you need to do is email kate.richardson@martinco.com with your holiday dates and we will do the rest, from informing the tenant dealing with disasters to handing back to you once you are unpacked and have the kettle on back at home!
