The Leeds Pride Parade continues to grow into a major landmark celebration for the city and this year saw the city centre turned into a sea of rainbow flags as thousands of people gathered in Millennium Square to party, followed by a lively march through the streets accompanied by floats and a blizzard of confetti and bubbles.
The reaction to this year's Leeds Pride Parade was absolutely extraordinary and Martin & Co - Leeds City were right in the heart of the festivities and proud to have played an important part in the sponsorship and celebration of this wonderful event.

Many of our Landlords live outside the city. Some have multiple properties in the same area, some have multiple properties but scattered around England, and then there are those who have a single investment property. All are equally important and we encourage them to keep their investment in good order. This way they will get the best return and good tenants.
The rental market is in a very good place and we have clients constantly calling to request viewings. We can always work with more properties and would encourage any Landlord to give us a try. We work on a window of less than four weeks from viewing to move in but many new enquirers become tenants within one to two weeks. The best was within a few hours!
