The Leatherhead Office is located on busy North Street on the main thoroughfare of the high street and shopping area. We are a family run business and launched in 2009, we are currently building our reputation in the area. We are now known for the friendly and proactive service we offer our landlords and tenants.
Our territory covers Leatherhead, Ashtead, East and West Horsley,Bookham,Effingham,Fetcham,Dorking,Cranleigh, Ewhurst and the many villages and hamlets of the Surrey Hills. As a family business we understand the importance of getting involved with the community and are members of the Local Chamber of Commerce. A great opportunity to interact with other local business men, share ideas and really get to grips with the needs of our customers.
We work closely with other Surrey and Sussex offices Including Guildford, Woking, Walton-on-Thames, Reigate and Crawley exchanging ideas and potential leads as well as codes of best practice and local knowledge.
The office is family owned and run by a husband and wife partnership, who have had a lot of experience in the property markets plus experience of being landlords and tenants.
Mike and Ann May are our customer facing representatives. Mike has spent many years in sales and Ann, as well as bringing up a family, is our professional Administrator. Having worked together in their own businesses they make a good working partnership and have gained a local reputation for providing a friendly and professional service.

Leatherhead is a historic market town in Surrey and a gateway to the nationally important and beautiful Surrey Hills. It is just off junction 9 of the M25, and has a vibrant business community, home to many national and international companies.
Fast rail links to London, just forty minutes, make this a great commuter spot for professionals who enjoy the gorgeous Surrey countryside. Both Leatherhead and Dorking have a number of sought after schools, both private and public, serving the full range of age groups. Leatherhead's is great for shopping with a real mix of retailers large and small. Shops in the Swan Centre, High Street, Church Street, Bridge Street and North Street provide an attractive retail mix. There are also weekly markets on Thursdays and Saturdays which give resident a great place to buy fresh produce and local products.
Our tenants are a cross section between single professionals to young couples and families. We always have a requirement for good quality apartments and family homes because they are popular with professionals relocating to the area. Our landlords are typically a mix of professional landlords and couples who have been posted abroad on contract and want to maintain some property in the UK. We also have a few first timer landlords who need extra advice and guidance in this fluid property market.
