The Martin and Co Leamington Spa office is in the heart of Leamington Spa centre, a short walk from the main parade.  We opened in 2007 and cover Leamington Spa, Warwick and Kenilworth.

Lauren Winnett has extensive Property Management skills and is also delivering a High Level of Customer Service as a Sales Administrator.  Lauren keeps up to date with the latest marketing and communication techniques on offer and uses social media platforms to build and nurture business working relationships with our landlords and tenants.

 

Sean Driscoll has a strong background in Customer Service and is passionate about delivering it to Landlords and Tenants. Within his first year of trading qualified with the NAEA technical awards in letting.

 

Jack Goodridge who recently joined the team, Jack has spent his entire career working again in the intense world of Customer Services. Having high levels of customer service is important in the lettings industry it makes the lettings process a smooth one from the moment you contact the office to the moment you move in.

Live and rent in Leamington Spa

 

Leamington Spa is a spa town in Warwickshire which saw the most rapid expansion of any town in England during the 19th century.   It is in an excellent location and many people settle here for that reason.  Apart from its central UK location it has great access to the motorway network linking it to the rest of the country and a good railway system, which means it’s pretty easy to get anywhere else.   For this reason we have a whole mix of tenants ranging from corporate companies , young professionals to students and families. Young Professionals choose to live in Leamington for its cosmopolitan life style with great pubs, restaurants and clubs, plus the award winning The Assembly night spot.  We have recently had an influx of residents as the Energy Company, EON, have recently relocated staff to the Coventry area and Leamington Spa was on the top of everyone’s list! 

 

Warwick is a thriving town with many historical sites that attract tourists from all over the world.  Warwick castle, the oldest castle in the country is one such site, thousands of tourists flock here every month to take a step back in time and visit the medieval period. Warwick is also blessed with great schools including Warwick, Myton and Aylesford, the catchment areas for these are in high demand from families so our two and three bedroom houses are quick of the books.

 

Kenilworth is a quite commuter town with great access to Coventry, Leamington Spa and Birmingham.  Despite its close location to the University of Warwick it has only a small student population.  Kenilworth Castle is the most famous feature of the area and is the finishing point for the Two Castles Run.  This annual fun run has grown in popularity in recent years and goes between Warwick and Kenilworth Castle, with thousands of people entering every year.
