Martin & Co Lancaster appoint new staff member

 

Following on from the recent appointment of Lyndsey Mawson as Letting Coordinator, Rosie Thomas is now joining lettings specialists Martin & Co Lancaster in the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator.

 

With over twenty years experience in the estate agency field having developed and managed offices around the area, Rosie has already held positions including Senior Negotiator and Branch Magnager. Rosie was most recently employed by Entwistle Green Lettings involved in all aspects of lettings in her negotiator role including advising landlords on their rental properties, market conditions and trends and sourcing and matching tenants to Landlords.

 

She said “I am delighted to be part of the Martin & Co team. This is a great opportunity for me. The company has established a superb name and reputation across the country and I am looking forward to contributing to the success of the Martin & Co national network at a local level, having spent several years with my previous employer now is the right time to enjoy this new opportunity.

 

Rosie Thomas will be joining the team which includes the Directors, Sally and Simon Davies, Property Manager Sarah Kellett and Lettings Coordinator Lyndsey Mawson. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator Rosie will be working with both landlords and tenants to ensure landlord’s properties are rented to keep void periods to a minimum and tenants are matched to the appropriate property type according to their personal requirements, ensuring the relevant paperwork is completed.

 

The office is located at 4 China Street, in Lancaster and is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and 9.30am to
1pm on Saturdays.

 

Her arrival heralds an era of expansion as the business goes from strength to strength having only launched in Lancaster 3 years ago. “We are delighted that Rosie has decided to join our team, with considerable experience working with several agencies around the area over the years I am sure that many landlords whom she has helped before will be excited to see her join us as we work to offer the highest standards to our landlords and tenants”.
