PROPERTY MANAGER (Full time)
We are looking for an experience lettings professional for Kirkcaldy office. Your role will encompass all aspects of general maintenance issues with relation to the existing managed portfolio. Lettings experience is essential as is a positive and flexible approach to work and a “can do” attitude. Preferably with knowledge of the Housing (Scotland) Act and domestic maintenance issues. Excellent communications skills and ability to resolve conflict. IT literate and database handling. Ability to work under pressure, multi task and with initiative.
