It's all about Laura..............

Laura Pearman has joined lettings specialists Martin & Co Ipswich as Property Management Co-ordinator

 

Laura was previously employed by Abbotts Countrywide as a Sales Negotiator and was responsible for winning new instructions for Property Sales in their offices in Stowmarket.

 

Laura said: “I am delighted to be part of the Martin & Co team. This is a great opportunity for me especially as I joined to coincide with the launch of the new Ipswich Town Centre premises. The company has established a superb name and reputation across the country and I am looking forward to contributing to the success of the franchise network at a local level”.

 

Laura will be joining a team of three staff as a Co-ordinator to ensure that the Ipswich portfolio of managed properties are regularly inspected and maintained and to ensure that we achieve the highest level of rental income for our Landlords.

 

The new office is located at Queen Street in the heart of Ipswich and is open 9.00 am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and from 10.00am to 2.00pm on a Saturday.

 

Laura’s arrival comes as the offices goes from strength to strength and they are pleased to report that new enquiries have tripled during the month of January following the opening of the new premises.

 

Proprietor Gary Everett reported that there is an increasing demand from tenants to rent property in the area due to the difficulty faced by young people starting employment and not being able to save enough deposit to buy their first home.
