The Hythe office opened in 2010 and covers Hythe and the surrounding countryside.
Martin & Co in Hythe offer a second to none service for residential lettings in the Hythe area. We have quickly established our reputation through top quality professional services to private landlords, property investors and discerning tenants. In a recent independent survey 96% of our landlords consider our service to be either good or excellent (ESTAs, 2010). Our clients provided feedback on a number of subjects from the quality of our range of services, the standard of our marketing for their properties, communication during the letting process and, of course, our managed services. As result of that feedback your local Martin & Co was voted one of the top 100 letting agents in the whole of the UK two years running.

The Hythe Venetian Fete is a tableau of decorated floats in various themes, historical and topical. In 1928 the Hythe Venetian Fete was held as the town's independent attraction. There are two processions of up to 40 floats, first in daylight, and then again after dark illuminated.
