The Hull office is located on Dyer Lane between Beverley town centre and Tesco’s. Richard started the business in 2002 and we’ve had every success since.  We cover most of the Hull area including Victoria Dock, Kingswood, Sutton, Spring Bank West and Willerby Road areas. Out of Hull we cover Beverley, Cottingham, Walkington, Tickton, Hessle and surrounding villages.  We receive tenant enquiries for all areas in Hull and the East Riding looking for every imaginable rental scenario.

 

We welcome all enquiries and would encourage tenants to give us as much detail as possible when looking for a property, we may not have an available property right now, but we will do our utmost to find you a suitable property.

 

Recommendation keeps our business afloat; we have found that landlords place getting good tenants as the most important factor when evaluating their experience using a letting agent. Achieving this requires us to ensure we take the time to listen and discuss a tenants needs rather than simply booking viewings. We feel that it is important to ensure we have found out enough to ensure a suitable property isn't being overlooked and also so that we can be in touch immediately when the right property is available.

Richard is the owner and a member of ARLA (The Association of Residential Lettings Agents).

 

Vicky Fox joined us last year as a Lettings Negotiator. Vicky has extensive retail experience and is already proving to be a valuable asset of the company. Vicky is currently studying towards the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP), a Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. Live and rent in Hull

 

As one of Yorkshire’s key cities, Hull has transformed in recent years. It’s a vibrant town with a variety of restaurants and bars embracing a “cafe culture".  Hull is an up and coming waterfront city with growing tourism and increasing employment rates which are driving people to this diverse place.  The Hull Marina hosted the 09-10 Clipper round the world yacht race and is the backdrop to the popular Maritime Festival held in July.

 

Out to the west of Beverley sits Beverley Westwood, a large recreational pasture land with its own golf and race course. The Ladies Day event held in August has always been a big favourite with the locals.   It’s a market town with extensive redevelopment plans providing housing, cinema and a range of shops.  A new hospital is in the planning stages so we expect to see many more people moving to the area.  It’s an easy commute to Hull along the A roads and is just an hour by car from York. 

 

Cottingham is the largest village in England, as mentioned in the Guinness Book of World Records.  It’s close to the new Oncology Health Centre at Castle Hill so there are a lot of doctors, nurses and health care professionals in the area. Walkington, Tickton and, Hessle are commuter villages with their own special charm.  Residents enjoy the small village feel but they are close enough to easily access everything that the nearby Beverley and Hull have to offer.

 

Three and four bedroom family properties rent out very quickly and we are always looking to get more of them on our books in Hull, Kingswood and Victoria Dock.. The majority of investment landlords buy two bedroom houses and flats which are great for singles and couples.  Most of our landlords are long term investors with small to medium portfolios; with the uncertainty with pensions at the moment many see it has an alternative retirement plan.
