Celebrating Two Years

Two years ago Martin & Co was launched in Huddersfield by Will Taylor and Alex Barron. Both Will and Alex came from a lettings background and set out with an aim to provide a higher level of service in the Huddersfield lettings market.

Two years on and it is fair to say that Martin & Co has been established as a main player in the lettings market in Huddersfield seeing fantastic growth in the two years to now. Will had the following to add - “we opened the Huddersfield office with a clear aim to be the biggest and best letting agent in Huddersfield and to get to that position through hard work and excellent customer service. We’re not quite the biggest yet, but we’re certainly on our way and plan on continuing to provide the high levels of service that have helped us to get this far.”

For the Huddersfield office the most important time during the lettings process is not just ‘doing the deal’ but continuing to service both landlords and tenants throughout the rentals process. “We understand that the lettings process can be a very emotional time and it is important to support people in the right way. Whether it is having great contractors who can repair anything or just having a sympathetic ear if someone is struggling with rent payments, we understand and aim to help people.”

Martin & Co UK have been impressed with the start made in Huddersfield too with Steve Doyle, Operations Director, adding “Celebrating their two year anniversary will be particularly important for Will and Alex because they have not only established themselves as a leading force in Huddersfield lettings but have also been one of the most successful launches Martin & Co have seen during the period. Dedicated to customers, determined to succeed and full of energy, they have worked hard to achieve the best results for land lords and the best conditions for tenants. As a result they have achieved fantastic results at a time when other franchised agents in the town have failed and closed. Congratulations indeed!”

The plans for the future are not set in stone for the Huddersfield office, but the team have high aspirations and a passion to be the biggest and best in Huddersfield.
