Energy Performance Certificates are changing and being updated this April. They will become more accurate and all qualified assessors were notified in December that they are required to pass another qualification if they wish to continue creating EPC’s.
Steve is currently spending the evenings studying for the forthcoming exam – which isn’t entirely welcome because he’s also studying for the ARLA qualification!
