Lee Griffiths has worked within the local lettings industry for four years, is qualified in residential letting and property management, is a member of ARLA, and currently has the role of Lettings Director. He is a valuable member of the team and between him and Steve they collectively combine all the roles to operate a successful business.

Live and rent in Hinckley

Hinckley is a market town dating back to the Saxon times. Hollycroft Park, in the centre of the town is a great space for playing sports.  The park has two tennis courts, a golf pitch 'n' putt, and a lawn bowls green with pavilion and is the central meet up point for a lot of locals. 

 

The major employers in the area are Triumph Motorcycles, the National Grid, Transco and Caterpiller so there are a lot of professionals and families living here and relocating from other areas to live in Hinckley.  Three bedroom properties are in particular short supply because this is the most popular property type for families moving to the area.
