The Haxby team

Our Haxby office is headed up by Mike Lambert MARLA, who has many years experience in the industry. With a team of dedicated staff behind him, he credits his office as being one of the leading agents in the region.

 

Team members include:-

Chris Whitmore - Accounts Manager - Chris joined the business 5 years ago and deals with all financial matters. She is the heart of the lettings machine and keeps a watchful eye over all aspects of the business.

 

The talented Lettings Team

Lesley Potts, Julee Bainbridge, Laura Herbert, Michelle Cunningham and Mark Stanton have over 22 years combined experience in the Lettings industry. Lesley and Michelle deal predominantly with pre-tenancy checks, viewings and negotiations. Julee deals with all marketing matters and Laura assists in the bulk of tenant viewings. Together they make up the A TEAM of the lettings world.

 

Property Management is headed up by Liz Barker, assisted by Michael Cole. Our Property Management team deal with all things post-let including regularly visiting the property and carrying out essential maintenance work promptly to ensure its letting appeal. Both Liz and Michael work hard to establish an excellent rapport with Tenants and Landlords.

Live and rent in Haxby

Haxby is a town within the authority of City of York, on the River Foss, five miles north of York and south of Strensall, in North Yorkshire. Haxby is bordered on the east by the River Foss, and to the west by the village of Wigginton, whose expansion has caused the two settlements to form a continuous urban environment. To the south is the garden village of New Earswick and the York Outer Ring Road (A1237) with the open farmland to the north as far as the villages of Sutton-on-the-Forest and Strensall.

 

Just 5 miles from York train station makes commuting to other major cities such as Leeds and London Haxby is ideally suited for business travel, whilst only a short drive to the picturesque North Yorkshire Moors and the East Coast.

Our office mainly deals with corporate tenants, professionals and families. Our properties are always quickly let so we are always looking to take all types of properties, for example, terraced, detached, semi-detached, bungalows, flats and apartments. 2 bedroom terraced houses are always popular so we do keep a keen eye out for these. We deal with various types of Landlords who own from one property to over one hundred who can always be confident that their portfolios will be handled with the knowledge and professionalism required.
