The Harrogate office is centrally located on Raglan Street. We have been established for 7 years, and therefore have extensive experience and knowledge of the local area.

We cover the areas of Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking Houses to let in Harrogate, flats to let in Harrogate and the surrounding areas including Ripon and Knaresborough.

 

We have a good working relationship with other Martin & co offices in the area such as Leeds, Bradford and York, and are able to work together to give our Landlords the best possible service. We are a family run business with many years of experience in lettings, and customer care. We are also lettings specialists, which means that we give the best advice to our Landlords on lettings without being distracted by sales opportunities.

If you are  Landlord and wish to let your property please call and ask for Susanne our Lettings Manager. She will be delighted to come and see your property, give advice on the expected rent and anything that needs doing in order to achieve the best possible rent. **Susanne who joined Martin & Co nearly 4 years ago has successfully passed an NFoPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. This well respected award is not only a nationally-recognised industry qualification but is also an entry requirement of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).**

 

If you are looking for a property to rent, please call Sarah or Rachael our Lettings Negotiators, who know all our properties very well and who can match a property to your requirements, organise a viewing and sort out the move in for you.

 

Once you are in the property, Louise our Property Manager is on hand to deal with any maintenance problems which might occur. She has a small army of contractors who will efficiently deal with the problem. Andrea, Property Management Assistant arranges all the quarterley Management Visits at all of our Managed Properties and reports any issues to landlords.

 

Mark (the Boss!) is happy that every one knows their job well and he is happy to stay in the background dealing with the accounts and making sure that the rents all go to the Landlords regularly and on time.

Harrogate Grammar School is the outstanding secondary school in the area although the general standard of schools in Harrogate is very high. Harrogate also has many pubs, bars and restaurants, including the famous Betty's cafe. There are also three theatres, a railway station, bus station, and good access to Leeds, York and the A1 Motorway.
