The Martin & Co Harlow office is located in the Town Centre, at 1 Adams House, facing Harlow’s central bus station. Our Harlow office was opened in 2010, offering a dedicated lettings and property management service covering Epping, Sawbridgeworth, Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Ongar and, of course, Harlow. 

 

Our objective is to ensure we add value to ALL Landlords and Tenants who choose to deal with us. At present we are offering a variety of incentives to new clients to enable us to prove ourselves in our new market.

The Harlow team

Martin & Co Harlow Franchise owner Neale Coules-Miller and his business partner Martina Skokova are passionate property professionals with a wealth of previous business experience, especially in helping small businesses. They have a strong personal interest in helping help people maximise their potential.

 

Martina originally joined team as Lettings Manager shortly after Neale acquired the Harlow office. She has significant experience in the Financial and Administration areas of property management and an unparalled work ethic. Her efforts in growing the business have been rewarded with an offer to become a Business Partner.

 

Keely has joined the team as Lettings Negotiator. She is an experienced Sales person and has a proven track record including the Lettings Industry. Living locally her knowledge of local property affairs is also invaluable. Her enthusiasm and bubbly personality have made immediate impact.

 

All staff are committed to the highest ethical standards and ongoing self development.

Harlow is a new town and local government district in Essex, England. It is located in the west of the county and on the border with Hertfordshire, on the Stort Valley.

 

Harlow benefits from superb transport communications. It is 10 miles from the busy London Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street is less 30 Mins by train.

 

Harlow contains six secondary schools, most of which now have specialist status including; Mark Hall Specialist Sports College, St Mark's Catholic School, Burnt Mill School and Stewards Academy. Memorial University of Newfoundland also has a small international campus located in Old Harlow.
