The Martin & Co Lettings and Estate Agents Harlow office is located in the Town Centre, at 1 Adams House, facing Harlow’s central bus station. Our Harlow office was opened in 2010, offering a dedicated lettings and property management service covering Epping, Sawbridgeworth, Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Ongar and, of course, Harlow.

Our objective is to ensure we add value to ALL Landlords and Tenants who choose to deal with us. At present we are offering a variety of incentives to new clients to enable us to prove ourselves as respectable Lettings and Estate Agents Harlow in our new market.

Martin & Co Harlow Franchise owner Neale Coules-Miller is passionate property professionals with a wealth of previous business experience, especially in helping small businesses. They have a strong personal interest in helping help people maximise their potential.

 

Keely Peacock is our Branch Manager, she has been at the property business for over 6 years. Keely lives locally and has fantastic knowledge of our area which clients love. Enthusiasm, energy and willingness to look after clients are Keely's trademark attributes.

Joanna Strzyzewska joined our busy team in 2011. Her organisational and administration skills are her forte. Joanna's principle responsibility is to ensure that all management issues from both tenant and landlord are dealt with quickly and effectively to ensure both parties remain happy during tenancy.

Harlow is a new town and local government district in Essex, England. It is located in the west of the county and on the border with Hertfordshire, on the Stort Valley.

Harlow benefits from superb transport communications. It is 10 miles from the busy London Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street is less 30 Mins by train.

Harlow contains six secondary schools, most of which now have specialist status including; Mark Hall Specialist Sports College, St Mark's Catholic School, Burnt Mill School and Stewards Academy. Memorial University of Newfoundland also has a small international campus located in Old Harlow.

In our view the property investment yield available compares favourably with any comparable location.
