Diane Sauerbach the Lettings Manager of Gravesend recently attended an E-Sign Up Next Generation course run by the Martin & Co UK Ltd which focused on the rise of social networks and electronic communication.
The training concentrated on the emerging electronic communication methods that Martin & Co are now using to market their landlords properties to the widest audience and thus keeping us one step ahead of many other agents.
Diane Sauerbach said “No longer do our landlords have to wait for a prospective tenant to buy a newspaper or walk past the office before they see the properties being offered. By using Twitter and Email we can alert prospective tenants of new properties even before they are published on internet portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
