Local Letting Agency Finalist for National Award

The Grantham office of Martin & Co - the UK’s
largest dedicated letting agency, was a finalist at Martin & Co’s Annual
Conference for a national award recognising Best Client Retention. The awards ceremony took place at the company’s
Annual Conference held in Warwickshire on Saturday 26^th November
2011.

The awards, presented by Martin & Co Founder and
Chairman, Richard Martin, celebrates the passion for results and customer
service demonstrated by Martin & Co franchise owners and their teams who
have been successful in not only generating new business but also keeping it!

Commenting on the award, Richard Martin said that  Philip Connor had not only achieved superb
results in retaining the highest number of landlords on a fully managed
portfolio within the network but had “instantly embraced everything that Martin
& Co stands for – integrity, professionalism and straight-talking, good
advice. Landlords and tenants alike clearly know where they stand and I have
been really impressed with the positive feedback I have received.”

“Being shortlisted is a real honour and a tribute to
the hard work, dedication, and passion of our staff.  It also follows close on the heels of
Martin & Co winning Franchise of the Year at The Negotiator Awards for the
second time and winning the silver award for “Best Large Letting Chain”
category at the ESTAS this year as well as being awarded gold in 2009 and
silver in 2010. Philip Connor commented.
