'Buy-to-let 'should be a long-term investment'

With more and more couples and families now looking to rent, rather than buy, the demand for rental properties has risen in recent months, which means a UK property investment can offer excellent returns, and could make a good long-term investment,

Mike Newman (director of Martin & Co Gosport) says,

'We have been giving out lots of advice recently to prospective landlords, as to which properties for sale in the Gosport area, attract a good rental income. Once instructed, we then found good tenants, who were referenced, and moved in once their new homes were ready for posession.  This gave our new landlords an income almost from day one'!
