The Gosport team

Directors: After a very successful 5 years in Gosport and Fareham, Mike & Mary Newman have recently acquired the area Locks Heath and Warsash, we are looking for a new member of staff who will be working in this area. Mike and Mary have ,Gosport.  Mike has recently obtained level 3 accreditation at  the National Federaion of Property Professionals (NFOPP) which is 'which is the awarding body for its own property related qualifications.

Joanna - is our Property Manager and is a member of ARLA, she deals with all property maintenance and management in the office. Jo has also recently been awarded the NFOPP Level 3 Award for Residential Lettings & Property, 

 

Frances - Paymaster sees to all matters relating to account payments

 

Lisa - Senior Negotiator with over 25 year’s experience in property. Lisa heads up the negotiator team, and has vast local knowledge and advice, for those landlords looking for a

'buy-to-let' property.

 

Bernie - Lettings Administrator, deals with tenant applications, referencing, new tenancy agreements.
