The area

<strong>Living in Gosport.</strong>Gosport is continuing to grow in population and prosperity and is a very popular place to live, with it s mix of executive waterside properties, Victorian houses, and new builds.

Mike has over 30 years working in for Nat West Bank, he has always had a keen interest in property, deciding that the next step was to set this business, knowing that he could offer landlords and tenants a better service than they were currently receiving.

Mary Newman - oversees the work done in our successful company, previously working for Nat West Bank and the Civil Service. Mary & Mike now offer a Sales service for our investors, we have a vast portfolio of investors, whom we contact when we have a property come on the market. We also keep our landlords and tenants up to date with all legal requirements.

Lisa Leach is our Senior Property Consultant, who is currently overseeing both the Sales and Lettings side of our business, she has vast experience in Sales and Lettings, and had worked in the industry for over 30 years. Lisa offers a friendly professional focus on Sales and Investments, giving a quality service selling properties correctly and giving quality service to both buyers and sellers.

Louise Davis is our Property Manager, she has worked for Martin & Co for 7 years, and has a wealth of experience in property management. She efficiently liaises with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure any maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly and cost effectively. Louise is fully up to date with all the latest legal matters, dealing with any accounts, rent payment queries and property inspections. She liaises with the agency's group of approved contractors, and also provides support in terms of refurbishment and routine property upkeep.

Emma Page is our office Administrator, has been with Martin & Co for over a year, she is responsible for arranging and renewing the tenancy agreements, she also assists with property management issues, along with sales and lettings enquiries. Emma is a general 'all rounder' and offers our clients excellent customer service in her position.
