Martin & Co (Folkestone) Honoured with National Award

The Folkestone office of Martin & Co - the UK’s No.1 Letting Agent, has received the  national award for “Most Successful Young Business”.

The award was presented to Dennis Roodhardt,  by Martin & Co Founder and Chairman, Richard Martin at the company’s annual awards ceremony held in Warwickshire last Saturday. (pictured)

Commenting on the award, Richard Martin said that Dennis had not only achieved superb results, standing head and shoulders above the rest, in developing their business year on year but had “instantly embraced everything that Martin & Co stands for – integrity, professionalism and straight-talking good advice. Landlords and tenants alike clearly know where they stand and I have been really impressed with the positive feedback I have received.”

Accepting the award, Dennis said, “This is a real honour and a tribute to the hard work, dedication, and passion of all our staff. As a landlord myself I know only too well what makes a good letting agent and what I want as a customer from the agents I employ.  When we opened our doors in Folkestone back in 2009, we set out to provide landlords in Folkestone and Dover with with robust processes, documentation and tenant referencing and a personal service which was second to none.  This award proves that our customers appreciate our efforts and reminds us not only where we come from, but also where we're going in the future as an established business.”
