The Folkestone team

The franchise is owned and managed by Dennis Roodhardt, who has a wealth of experience gained both from being a landlord himself and his time managing customer service and sales in the retail sector.

 

Rachel Roodhardt, the Lettings Manager, has seven years experience in the rental sector and is responsible for conducting viewings, vetting tenants and managing the letting of our portfolio of available properties.

 

Graeme Smithers, our Negotiator, is responsible for vetting tenants and conducting viewings with prospective tenants.

 

Steena Lelliott, our Property Manager, has five years experience in managing both residential and commercial property, responsible for property management for our managed portfolio.

 

Stephanie Wright, our Accounts Administrator, has twenty years working in the finance sector and handles our accounts, book-keeping and financial transactions.
