Michael lives locally and not only knows the area, but can be at any of the properties in a very short space of time.

Chris James - the Director of Martin & Co (Livingston & Falkirk) has owned and managed the business since its grand opening. His friendly and knowledgeable team are:

 

Michael Gavin is the appointed mobile agent and is based in the Falkirk area. Working from home, Michael arranges tenant or landlord viewings with a back-up team in Martin and Co’s Bathgate office.

While Michael is dealing with potential new tenants and landlords, there is a team of experienced property managers and admin staff who deal with any maintenance issues or rent collection.

 

John Darroch – Sales Manage (Bathgate & Surrounding). John is responsible for landlord/tenant negotiation and sales development. MARLA 

Antoinette Orr - Lettings Manager (Livingston & Surrounding). Antoinette is responsible for all negotiations between landlords and tenants. Property development and advertising. MARLA 

Roy Adams – Property Manager. Roy is responsible for tenant check-ins/outs and all matters arising with property maintenance/management.

 

Daniel Gibson - Lettings Manager (Falkirk). Danny is responsbile for Falkirk properties as well as office and property management support in the Bathgate office.

 

Kelly Fowler is our Office Manager. Kelly looks after the general supervision of the office and its workings. This includes all accounts payments to landlords and contractors etc. MARLA.

Live and rent in Falkirk

Falkirk is in a unique position being truly at the heart of Scotland. Equidistant between Glasgow and Edinburgh, Falkirk has a quick train line meaning that either city is less than 30 minutes away. It is also convenient for the road user with the M9, M876 and M80 close by.

Attractions include Callendar House, The Falkirk Wheel and the ancient towns of Linlithgow with its palace and Stirling’s historic castle. Shopping and leisure are well catered for also in the area with Falkirk High Street and retail parks.

Many people rent in the Falkirk area due to the proximity to the two cities, but also enjoy the feeling of space which is sometimes hard to find in the larger urban areas.
