Rent Guarantee- Martin & Co. Sutton Coldfield Promise and Promise Plus

•Take around 5 months
•No rent during this period

What Martin & Co. Promise do for you?

There are two options:

No Excess- Martin & Co. Promise Plus
• Excess is zero
• Cover for the whole property, no matter how many tenants you have.
• 100% of the monthly rent paid for up to a maximum of six months from the first date of arrears
• 75% of the rent covered for 2 months whilst Martin & Co. are re-marketing the property for a suitable tenants
• Legal expenses up to £75,000 to cover eviction costs if your tenants fail to pay your rent.
• Cover also includes access to a specialist legal team for lettings evictions

COST: £150 +VAT for 12 months.



With Excess- Martin & Co. Promise
• Excess is equivalent to one months rent
• Cover for the whole property, no matter how many tenants you have.
• 100% of the monthly rent paid for up to a maximum of five months from the first date of arrears
• 75% of the rent covered for 2 months whilst Martin & Co. are re-marketing the property for a suitable tenants
• Legal expenses up to £75,000 to cover eviction costs if your tenants fail to pay your rent.
• Cover also includes access to a specialist legal team for lettings evictions

COST: £130 +VAT for 12 months.

I want a Managed or Rent Collect Service

If you have a Managed Property or Rent Collect property with Martin & Co. you can apply for Martin & Co. Promise or Promise Plus. This is subject to suitable referencing through Homelet.

I am already with Martin & Co.

Next time a new tenant is found for your property you will be able to apply for Martin & Co. Promise or Promise plus.

The older style insurance is no longer available and will not be activated against your property. Only Promise and Promise plus are available upon application, this is a change to your terms and conditions.

I want some protection but I only want a Tenant Find service
