Live and rent in Ellesmere Port

The Ellesmere Port is an ideal family location that is made up of small towns that overlap each other.  Being on the south of the Wirral peninsula means that it has close access to country villages, local beaches and country walks. The Wirral is also home to some excellent pubs and great Golf Courses – including one at Hoylake that was recently used for the British Open.

 

The M53 runs right alongside the main part of Ellesmere Port giving speedy access to Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, scenic North Wales and the Lakes, all within 60 minutes.

 

There are plenty of places to eat and drink, and the Cheshire Oaks Outlet Mall – one of largest in UK is on the outskirts of Ellesmere Port. This offers a large variety of restaurants and entertainment facilities, including the multi-screen Vue cinema.

 

We are always looking for 2 and 3 bedroom semi's, as the area is a main residential location that serves Chester, Liverpool and even Manchester. The bulk of our tenants are families and this leads to longer durations of lets, thus reducing the number of potential vacant periods.  Other than families, a large portion of our clients are landlords that have moved abroad but retain property in UK, and landlord's that have inherited family property and wish to see an upturn in housing market.
