We have won the ESTA Gold&Silver Award as Best Letting Agent in the UK 2009, 2010,2011 and 2012. (based on feedback from Landlords and Tenants).  We are a Family Business, with cosiderable experience in the Lettings Industry, we are multiple Landlords ourselves. We believe local knowledge is key to understanding the market and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.  Eric, one of our Principals, was selected to be on the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Remuneration Committee and a founder menber of the Spelthorne Business Association www.sba.uk.com .  This means we can and are always at the forefront of local Social & Economic developments so that we can help, advise and guide our clients.

Louise is our friendly Office Manager; she has fifteen years Sales experience and a BA in Business and a BSc in Economics.  She is not only multi-lingual but multi-talented and makes sure everyone has what they need to provide an excellent service.

Our Principal, Eric is a landlord and property developer himself so he really understands the market from personal experience.  He was previously a Sales Director for a Large Corporate Company and is always on hand to offer his advice and expertise to our customers. 

Sue is our other Principal, she’s also a landlord with multiple properties on her Portfolio.  She was Sales & Marketing Director for a national  PLC and has  moved from a sales and marketing background into property and works with Eric to continue to delight our clients with an award winning letting service.

Dawn is our Office Administrator with over twenty years Office Management experience. She’s is extremely organized and makes sure everything in the office runs smoothly.

Alex is our experienced Sales Negotiator, he is a local lad, living in Wraysbury most of his life. He has a good BA honours degree (2:1).

Martin & Co. Staines are delighted to now be taking on a new lettings apprentice as part of the national apprentice scheme: Ria is our Apprentice Lettings Co'ordinator. In addition, we have a student from Royal Holloway University www.rhul.ac.uk on staff, Jack, who makes sure we stay up-to-date on what students want! 

Egham and the surrounding areas are at the centre of the UK's transport hub.  It is in an excellent location for Heathrow Airport www.heathrowairport.com - just twenty minutes by car or a short train ride.  The M3, M4 and M25 all serve the area which give residents links to Central London and the south.   Apart from Heathrow Airport which employees a massive 68,000 people, there are many major employers in the area including, BP, Centrica, Veolia, Gartner, Glaxo SmithKline, Research in Motion and JP Kenny to name but a few. 

We are priviledged to have the world famous Royal Holloway Unversity www.rhul.ac.uk on our doorstep.This has driven the increased need for accomodation. Martin&Co have invested heavily in the Student Lettings Market with Parent Guides, Student guides, Guarantor guides. Futhermore Martin&Co Egham DO NOT charge Students Administration fees!!!! 

We have a very high demand for all property in particular one and two bedroom properties as a result of the transient professional workforce in the area.  Close proximity to London www.tfl.gov.uk means that property prices are high so our landlords are mostly buy to let investors with a portfolio of properties and long term investors that enjoy the stability and prosperity of the London property market.
