Following the success of Martin & Co Southampton East the team are proud to announce the opening of Martin & Co Eastleigh which office opened in Spring 2011.  Martin & Co Eastleigh covers the SO50 area postcode.

 

Specifically we specialise in the areas of Eastleigh, Fleming Park, North Stoneham, Fishers Pond, Bishopstoke, Fair Oak, Horton Heath and parts of Chandlers Ford.

 

We provide excellent customer service and strive to offer local, valuable advice to landlords and tenants alike. We work closely with Southampton letting agents, Martin & Co Southampton East, referring customers when we feel they could be best served in the adjoining territories. We understand the importance of developing relationships with local contractors, which keeps our clients costs down. We also have links to local property experts and auctioneers.  

 

The Eastleigh team

Stephanie Eyre is our branch manager, after many years working in the busy London lettings market, Stephanie joins Martin & Co Eastleigh as branch manager and brings her expertise and knowledge to the company. Stephanie works tirelessly to bring landlords the best possible service, unrivalled by any other agent in the area and is always on hand to discuss their property requirements. Stephanie also is in charge of finding tenants their perfect property in the Eastleigh area and negotiating lets.

 

Our director Gavin Naish has been working within the property market for over 10 years and along  with his wife and co-director Carrie Naish they founded Martin & Co Southampton East in Spring 2007. They have a wealth of knowledge about the local property market and are always on hand to help the team. The opening of the Eastleigh office is a result of the overwhelming success of the Southampton East Office.

 

As our Property Manager, Wendy Cooke has been part of our business for 3 years now and is responsible for property maintenance and management. It takes a lot of patience & organisation to ensure certificate compliance with a large property portfolio, and she’s certainly got it!

Situated to the north of Southampton, the town of Eastleigh offers a range of amenities including a shopping centre with a range of major High Street retailers, leisure facilities and restaurants. The area also offers several well regarded local schools and colleges. Eastleigh is within easy access of the M27 motorway, Southampton’s world famous docks and shipping industry, and International Airport.

 

The Eastleigh property market boasts a wide demographic of dwellings, from a new development of large family homes, townhouses as well as apartments on the site of the former Pirelli cable works. A little further inland there is the rural villages of Bishopstoke, Fair Oak and Horton Heath, offering a quieter and discerning standard of living, yet still within reach of local amenities and motorway links.
