Sarb Rai runs both the Brentford and Ealing branches. He has a background in management, but has been working in the lettings industry for a number of years now. Sarb has taken the bold decision and financial commitment in these current economic times not only to expand the business by opening a second office in Ealing Broadway but also to enter the Estate Agent market and start Sales. He believes that even though many still think the housing market is not moving, now is the "smart money" time to invest in property. Ealing has a lot of history and is often referred to as the “Queen of the suburbs”. For many years it has been a very desirable and affluent area to live.

Ealing is best known for its film studios, which are the oldest in the world. But apart from the film studios it plays host to several annual festivals, including the Jazz Festival, which is held in Walpole Park, and the extremely popular Beer Festival which is put on between the 7th and 10th of July each year.
