The Dunfermline team

Donna Gray the Director has worked extensively in Lettings and has been a Landlord herself. Originally from a customer service background, Donna has over 15 years experience with niche market leading brands and aims to deliver the most professional lettings and property management in the area and endorse the award winning customer service Martin & Co is known for. Donna Gray also deals with all new and existing Landlords as well as the day to day running of the overall business.

 

Gill Kelso is the Office Manager and works closely with the Director, she oversees and motivates the team, as well as the overall day to day running of the office. Gill has worked in the business for over 3 years and has in depth knowledge of the lettings process along with legal obligations. Gill is a highly competent individual in her role.

 

Lettings Department

Louise Fraser is our Sales Negotiator   Louise came from a customer services background and is an enthusiastic, motivated team member who has made an excellent contribution to the success of the branch. Louise is responsible for viewings, sales calls, communicating with prospective tenants and liaising with landlords.

 

Emma Neal is our Lettings Administrator and has been with us for just over 1 year. Emma was brought on as an office junior initially and had excelled in her position, which led to her being promoted. Emma and Louise work hand in hand, with Emma providing back up for Louise. Emma deals with all administrative duties, dealing with both tenants and landlords.

 

Property Management Department

Sheila Brown is our Property Manager and has over 20 years experience. Sheila has been with the team for 2 years. Sheila oversees all the maintenance issues and liaises with tenants for routine inspections and routine maintenance. Sheila is highly respected with the landlords and has built up a good relationship with our existing managed portfolio landlords, as well as the tenants. Sheila’s attention to detail when inspecting properties have earned her a great reputation in customer service. Sheila takes the honest and open approach, she is organised and dedicated. If you have a problem, Sheila will solve it.

 

Kerry Mason our Property Maintenance Advisor and has come from a customer services industry. Kerry  is based in the office and works alongside Sheila. Kerry has a vast knowledge of property maintenance. Kerry deals with general maintenance issues new and ongoing also liaises with landlords, tenants and contractors on a daily business.

 

Accounts Department

Caroline Lamond is our Accounts Manager and has always worked in an accounts role and has 15 years experience. Caroline has been with the team for 2 years and is a highly competent individual. Caroline is in charge of all accounts, dealing with rent, collecting deposits, paying landlords and contractors, and returning deposits at the end of the tenancy.
