The Didcot office is a mobile office backed up by admin & property management staff located in the Abingdon town centre, just off the main high street.
We have been trading since January 2010 and cover Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford and Wantage and we have good knowledge of the areas.
We work closely with the Oxford branch office sharing customer leads and local knowledge to improve the quality of service we can offer our tenants and landlords.

With a Property Management background & long standing experience as a Finance Manager, Sharon delivers a high level of property management, with prompt response times to calls and use of local, reliable contractors with whom she has built up good relationships. Landlords can expect speedy payments with detailed paperwork and a fine tune ensuring delivery of the best service any landlord or tenant can expect to receive from her & her staff. She takes great pride in her work & her office, motivating her staff to deliver only the best service.
Kelly started working for us early last year and is now our Senior Negotiator. She comes to us with a wealth of lettings & property management experience. She is very pro-active and has a good working relationship with tenants, landlords & has fitted in well with helping lead our team.
Donna also joined us last year as a part time negotiator, with an excellent background in managing customer services and proving herself invaluable in delivering a high standard of customer service to our landlords & tenants alike.
Hayley has excellent customer communication skills & a wealth of experience in this area, demonstrating great attention to detail. She has now taken on joint responsibilty for the property management in the office and is doing an excellent job. She always puts the customer’s needs
first and keeps everyone well informed throughout.
Kerry is our full time Lettings Negotiator and has experience in both Lettings & Property sales, from to her previous employments in both our Banbury office & a leading estate agent. Kerry’s main responsibilities include registering applicants and matching them to properties, arrange and attend viewings, and to provide practical solutions to Landlord’s with regards to achieving a prompt let. Kerry’s enthusiasm makes her a great asset to the team.
Bethany is our part time admin clerk with knowledge in IT and business. She works with marketing and generally assists around the office. She is always happy to help anyone with a problem or a question and encourages any feedback and is a lively member of the team.
Didcot is a small market town in the county of Oxfordshire, around 10 miles (16 kilometres) south of Oxford. In 1974 Didcot was part of Berkshire, but in that year Didcot was transferred to the county of Oxfordshire.
There are a number of major scientific employers nearby including the UKAEA at Culham (and the Joint European Torus (JET) fusion research project), Harwell Laboratory, the Science and Technology Facilities Council (the research council responsible for Rutherford Appleton Laboratory) and the Diamond Light Source synchrotron, which is the largest UK-funded scientific facility to be built for over 30 years.
Didcot also has a nature reserve, Mowbray Fields, where wildlife including a species of orchid can be found.
The district in England with the highest healthy life expectancy, according to the Office for National Statistics study, is the 1990s-built Ladygrove Estate in Didcot.
Didcot has it own railway station and town centre with great shopping facilities. There is a Sainsbury and the very first British Alworths, following the liquidisation of the local Woolworths. Another great facility is the local football stadium, The Loop Meadow Stadium.
Didcot was the birthplace of William Bradbery, the first person to cultivate watercress commercially. Former Oxford United FC footballer Paul Powell lives in Didcot and plays for his local side Didcot Casuals in the North Berks Football League, Division One.
Didcot has a local youth club called “The Vibe”, the vibe prides itself on giving young people a place to go and just generally relax, and young people can listen to music, play sport, meet friends, and get advice and help from professionals. The Vibe is situated on Park Road in Didcot.
Didcot is served by six primary schools: All Saints' C of E, Ladygrove Park, Manor, Northbourne C of E, Stephen Freeman and Willowcroft. Along with these 6 schools based in Didcot, a further 7 local village schools form the Didcot Primary Partnership: Blewbury Endowed C of E, Cholsey, Hagbourne, Harwell Community, Long Wittenham C of E and South Moreton County.
The two state secondary schools in Didcot are St Birinus School and Didcot Girls' School. These two single-sex schools join together at sixth form. Didcot Girls' School has specialist Language College status, and St Birinus has Technology and Language College status, it is also working towards a third college status. The cook of All Saints primary school was voted cook of the year 2009; a high for the school.
Both secondary schools have been served with a new headteacher leading from the previous headteachers of both schools taking early retirement. The schools are now going under new changes to make the school a better place to be, which includes adding new rules for everyones safety and learning.
