Our team is built around a husband and wife partnership of Lucy and James. James is a former City solicitor, Lucy’s background is in marketing at major international companies.
Lucy and James have lived in the Crystal Palace area for many years initially in rental property and now in the marital home. The knowledge of people who really appreciate their local area helps inform our service and ensures that our landlords and tenants receive relevant local advice from people who know and love the area.
Both James and Lucy have a depth of property management experience and strive to make friendly professionalism the cornerstone of what they do. We have a dedicated accounts team to ensure that all accounting matters are dealt with promptly by our experienced and reliable staff.
Our office covers Crystal Palace, Sydenham and West Norwood stretching in to Dulwich. We love the area. We think you will too. A wealth of diverse housing stock, great schools and amenities make this pocket of South East London a real success with its local population.
