A  member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), proprietor Peter Brown has worked as a Property Agent for more than 25 years throughout South London and Surrey, with over 10 years immersed in the Croydon market.  This has given him a wealth of knowledge and experience from which our customers and clients can benefit.

 

Co-owner Paul Maruna has 7 years property agency experience at all levels.  He has excellent sales skills, great local knowledge and a keen focus on customer care.  Paul works hard to develop close working relationships with our clients.

 

Dedicated Property Manager Holly Batters has many years experience in this highly specialised field and works closely with our Property Co-ordinator to ensure all new lets are set up properly and any issues that may arise subsequently are dealt with efficiently.

 

 

 

 

Live and rent in Croydon

Croydon lies on the cusp between fashionable South London and 'stock-broker' Surrey, popular with both young professionals and families.  It is reputedly the 6th largest commercial centre in the UK , has a brilliant range of retail outlets and enjoys fantastic communication links both into and out of London. On the outskirts of the town the Green Belt provides lots of walks for nature lovers and there a host of parks and golf courses.

 

The area boasts a good mix of state and private schools including Whitgift, Old Palace, Royal Russell and Croydon High School which all have good reputations for producing excellent results.  There are also excellent transport links to central London for commuters, particularly from East Croydon Station,  whilst the M23 and M25 and Gatwick Airport are also within easy reach. The popular Tramlink network links Croydon to famous Wimbledon in South-West London, whilst the new East London Line extension provides a direct route to the Docklands and achingly cool East London.

 

Although just 10 miles from the City centre and about 15 minutes by fast train to Victoria or London Bridge, rental prices are much more affordable than those further into London.  Consequently many professionals take advantage of this, undertaking an easy daily commute.

 

We have a constant requirement for studio, 1 and 2 bedroom flats, particularly close to East Croydon, South Croydon, Sanderstead or Purley Stations.  There is also high demand for family sized, executive housing in South Croydon, Sanderstead, Purley and Kenley.  We deal with a wide range of landlords, from single home owners seeking a quick move or buy- to- let investors, to property companies with large portfolios.
