David Rogers - Director has over 24 years experience in the property industry ranging from building houses, owning and running his own Sales and Lettings business in London. He decided to buy Martin & Co (Tunbridge Wells) as he felt he could offer a more personal service to both Landlords and Tenants which was almost impossible to achieve in the the city rat race. David has achieved his NFOPP level 3 in residential Letting and Property Management (QCF) is an ARLA member

 

Jackie Rogers has over 20 years experience within property management, sales and letting of both family houses and flats. She has achieved her NFOPP level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management (QCF) and is a member of ARLA.

 

Nathalie - Senior Lettings Administrator, has over 7 years experience in contract work, administration and property
management specific to Martin and Co. She has also achieved her NFOPP level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management (QCF)

 

 

Live and rent in Crowborough

Crowborough is a rural market town situated within East Sussex, but close to Tunbridge Wells in Kent. With Gatwick Airport about 40 minutes away by road, Crowborough is well located for transport links to the rest of the world, whilst being in the curtain of lovely countryside.Ashdown Forest, the setting for A.A.Milnes wonderful Winnie the Pooh books is on the doorstep, the historic Pantiles of Tunbridge Wells are a few miles away. The town is surrounded by land which is designated as "land of outstanding natural beauty" and this makes development and extension of the town difficult, but its current population of around 25,000 is scheduled to increase
slowly.

 

Crowborough is on the Oxted to Uckfield line served by Southern providing services to London and Uckfield. Currently there is an hourly off-peak service to London (London Bridge), and an hourly off-peak service to Uckfield. Additional services run at peak times. Crowborough is served by a number of buses.
