The Poole Office has been established for over 8 years. Our office is situated in the vibrant centre of Ashley Cross. From there we cover the whole of the Poole area with its many diverse environments including; Alderney, Ashley Cross, Branksome, Branksome Park, Broadstone, Canford Heath, Canford Cliffs, Creekmoor, Hamworthy, Heckford Park, Lilliput, Lower Parkstone, Lytchett Matravers, Lytchett Minster, Oakdale, Parkstone, Poole, Upton, Wallisdown and Whitecliff.

We pride ourselves on the excellent service we provide to Landlords and Tenants alike and offer our customers a tailor made service at competitive prices. We are currently studying for the ARLA (The Association of Residential Lettings Agents) and are proud members of the Dorset Chamber of Commerce. We also support the 'Buy Dorset’ Scheme which brings together local businesses to offer the Dorset Occupants value for money services.

The Creekmoor team

The office is locally owned and operated by Steven Ballam and his excellent team. Steven, Tasha, Sue, Caroline, Shelley, Maggie, Kayleigh and Lucy work together to offer the power of a national brand combined with a personalised local service for their customers.

Live and rent in Creekmoor

Creekmoor is a suburb of Poole with a population of just over 9,000. It is bordered by the Upton Heath nature reserve and Upton Country Park.                                                 

 

Shops in Creekmoor include a Co-Op supermarket, a Southern Aquatics pet shop, a Store Twenty One shop and a Rowlands pharmacy, all of which are all located around a large, free car park. The local pub is called The Acorn.

 

The diversity and beautiful surroundings makes this area one of the most desirable to live in anywhere in the UK. Properties range from small studios to exclusive waterfront houses complete with boat mooring, there really is something for everyone!  

 

Apart from students, who populate nearby Bournemouth, Poole attracts a mixture of residents. The area is known for its beautiful Blue Flag beaches, stunning Poole Harbour as well as the nearby Purbeck Hills and New Forest.  There is an excellent Fast Train direct to London, and Bournemouth Airport is within easy reach.  There are also daily ferries which leave for the Channel Islands and France, right from Poole’s doorstep.
