The Martin & Co Crawley office is situated on Orchard Street at the northern end of Crawley High Street by Barclays Bank. The office is a few minutes walk from the modern County Mall shopping centre and Crawley train station. The branch was established in 1997 and provides a central focus to a lettings business that offers property to rent from Horsham, through Crawley and on to Horley & Smallfield, including the desirable areas of Maidenbower, Three Bridges and Langshott.
Martin & Co Crawley work closely with the Redhill & Reigate, Haywards Heath & Burgess Hill and the Leatherhead offices to ensure that properties throughout Sussex and Surrey are marketed to their full potential and to improve the service we offer to landlords, tenants and investors.

Our award winning team is one of the longest serving teams of lettings specialists in Crawley town centre.
Staff have been trained by the NFOPP (The National Federation of Property Professionals.) and have been awarded their nationally recognised property qualifications in residential property lettings and management.
Managing the operation is David, a landlord with extensive property experience who has been overseeing the Crawley Office since 2004. Company and client accounting is handled on site by Sandra Thomas, originally trained by Ernst & Young in South Africa but now firmly rooted in Crawley.
The sales team consists of Angela & Natasha. Between them they have over 11 years experience of the local lettings market and providing good quality tenants to new and existing landlords alike.
Property Management is taken care of by Freddie and Kerry who handle every aspect of tenancy management and maintenance, including the provision of an out of hours helpline for our tenants.
Crawley is situated just to the south of Gatwick airport, there is easy access to M23 & M25 and for rail commuters, Crawley and Three Bridges train stations offer direct links to London Victoria and London Bridge. Crawley and Horley are connected to Gatwick Airport by a guided bus service that has been operating since 2005. Gatwick Airport and the companies on the Manor Royal Industrial Estate are major employers for the Crawley/Horley area.
There is plenty to do in and around Crawley, the K2 leisure centre and Olympic sized swimming pool opened in 2005, other places of interest are Goffs Park in Southgate, a garden pub and park with new forest zip-line and pitch and putt facility, Pizza Express, ASK and Prezzo Italian restaurants in the town center and The Plough Inn in Ifield which has been described as a typical English village pub.
Tilgate is home to the Tilgate Forest Park, a large Forest with fishing lakes, childrens play area, nature centre and golf course and a newly opened Smith & Western family restaurant. Horley has the Anderson Centre, hosting Street Urban Dance Classes. Education in the area is record breaking, at the Ifield Community College in September of 2009, a record 81% of students gained 5 or more A* - C grades at GCSE! Crawley is also host to the MELA, a multi cultural festival and the Irish festival, which are great family days out with entertainment, music, food and dance.
