LET AGREED within 48 hours!!

The Colchester Office of Martin & Co have this week agreed a rental for a delightful Cottage in the picturesque Village of Chappel, just 6 miles from Colchester Town within 48 hours of being instructed.

The Landlady, Mrs. Hilary Waters was recommended to Martin & Co through a friend of the family who have been very pleased with the Martin & Co services for their portfolio of properties and was delighted that it had been let even before she has had the chance to get new carpets and curtains fitted.

The Cottage in Chappel is over 100 years old, and is within walking distance of the local railway station with fast links to London, making the property very popular for commuters.

Sadly the property suffered from a serious fire in August 2011 and the property had to be gutted upstairs with new windows, doors and a new roof fitted before it could be ready to go back on the market.

Gary Everett, the Proprietor of the local office was very pleased with the Colchester Lettings Team for getting the property to the market place so quickly and finding a suitable professional tenant who will be ready to move in before Christmas.
