The Cirencester office is located on Castle Street and has been letting in the Cotswolds since 2001. We have an experienced and enthusiastic team who are keen to 'get it right' for both the Landlords and Tenants. Our area covers Cirencester, Cricklade, Malmesbury, Tetbury and Fairford.  

 

We believe local knowledge and building positive relationships with local groups are key to providing a great lettings service.  As such we are Land Trustees for Cirencester Opportunity Group, a local pre-school charity catering for Children with Special Needs.

Doug, our Franchisee, has lived in the area for most of his life, he’s built great local knowledge and has many years of letting experience.  As a hands on man you might meet Doug on a viewing because he carries out our viewings and property appraisals.  

 

Sam is  Business Development Manager.  She has extensive experience of the Cotswolds Lettings Market.  Sam will be carrying our market appraisals, conducting viewings and matching people to properties.

 

Laura is our Office Manager, she previously ran a sales office in Shropshire and is currently hitting the books to gain her letting qualification. Laura is very professional in her work and builds a great rapport with both Landlords and Tenants.

 

Mary & Ros are our dedicated and much appreciated Administrators. They are popular members of office staff and get on with our clients extremely well.

 

Michelle and Kay run the Students Lettings Division and offer fully furnished and equipped quality properties in and around Cirencester.

Live and rent in Cirencester

Cirencester is known as the capital of the Cotswolds and is located in the gorgeous county of Gloucestershire. It used to be the second largest town in the Roman period and today is a pleasant market town, which is a great place to live and work. Cirencester Park is a great central meeting point for locals who relax and enjoy the open countryside. There are also a wide range of shops in Cirencester town centre including Laura Ashley, Marks & Spencer Food, Waitrose and Jesse Smiths Butchers.

 

We are always short of two and three bedroom family homes because there are only a limited number of these properties in the area, compared to Swindon or Gloucester. Our tenants range from young professionals, couples, corporate tenants and small families. The cost of properties for investors is higher in this area, but long term investments are stable and can give excellent returns.  We cater for a wide market from large country residences to small town centre flats.
