Questionnaire Results – 100% Recommendation
Many thanks to all landlords that returned the recent customer service questionnaire. The feedback was very encouraging with all landlords that responded confirming they would recommend Martin & Co to other landlords. Furthermore 80% of all landlords that responded rated our service as excellent across all three service level measures that we asked about; start or change of tenancy, ongoing tenancy management and monthly rental payments/statements.
We really appreciate your feedback and although the majority of you rate our service very highly we will continually strive to make improvements. We never take your business for granted and appreciate that we need to work hard at ensuring that we provide the best service available in the lettings business.
All landlords that returned the questionnaire were entered into a draw for a case of wine as a thank you for taking the time to complete and return it. The lucky recipient of the wine was Mr James Lee. Cheers!
Martin & Co(Chippenham) Going Up in the World
We are currently in the process of reviewing our present office requirements. You will probably be aware that we have an office in Chippenham and an office in Westbury.
It is our intention to move the Chippenham office from its current ground floor office on Market Place to the first floor office in the same building. This retains our strong brand presence in the town but in an office that is more suited to our current needs.
During the move there will be a short, unavoidable period between ending the lease on the downstairs premises and commencing the lease for the first floor office. During this time, the business will be administered from our Westbury office.
We will continue to provide all aspects of our usual customer service over this period plus you will also have the additional benefit of the many years of lettings experience from Gaynor Fryer (Westbury Office Manager) and her team at your disposal.
All telephone numbers and email contact details will remain the same throughout the move to ensure that you experience a seamless transfer to our new premises.
We will contact you again once the timescales have been clarified but in the meantime we thank you in advance for your support in this important business development.
