The Chippenham office is in a busy high street location on the market square. We are a well established letting agent covering Chippenham, Calne, Corsham, Melksham and Bradford on Avon.
We have a sister branch in Westbury which gives us an extremely large catchment area for property management and lettings.

Chippenham enjoys good levels of employment with major companies operating in the two major towns of Chippenham and Trowbridge. The businesses are more commercial than industrial, in keeping with maintaining the beautiful countryside of the area. The town enjoys excellent leisure facilities, good restaurants and pubs. There is a vast selection of private sector and state schools making this a very desirable place for families to live. There are also great amenities for families such as the large family sports and leisure centre at the Olympiad and the Borough Parade and Emery Gate shopping centres. A regular market runs at the Market Place on Friday and Saturday and there is always plenty going on for kids at the adventure playground.
The historical town of Corsham has a leisure centre and the Martingate shopping centre, as well as a number of historic buildings like Corsham Court. Melksham boasts the Blue Pool sports & leisure complex, a large number of shops including a new Waitrose, plus a number of historic buildings including Melksham House. As its name suggests Bradford on Avon is based on the river Avon and the West Kennet & Avon canal. It’s a lovely area with loads to offer in leisure and boating activities. Trowbridge is the county town with a County Hall and its own museum which gives a great history of the area.
Houses of all types and sizes are in strong demand, we are always in particularly need for two and three bedroom houses with gardens and garage or parking. These are very popular with families looking to move here and are a solid investment. Properties that are close to the town centers or those close to the railway stations in the rural villages are also in high demand. Most of our landlords have come in to the market as buy to let investors however we have an increasing number of landlords that are looking to rent rather than sell their own property.
