1. Freedom from contracts.  We’re so confident you’ll be delighted with our service that we don’t tie you into a contract, plus we don’t charge any fees until we’ve successfully moved a tenant into your property.
2. We look after your interests long after we sign up a tenant.  We assess their suitability throughout the duration of a tenancy, monitoring their credit score at each contract renewal opportunity. Should a tenant who has been recommended by us fall into arrears we will handle everything, from appointing solicitors to covering their fees and the cost of regaining possession.
3. Better control of rent and arrears.  We choose to use Direct Debit payment for the benefit of our landlords – putting us in control of the payments unlike Standing Orders, ensuring prompt collection of rent and tight arrears control.

Sarah is keen to learn about the property industry and gain qualifications. Having previously worked as an apprentice electrician, she has experience of working with tenants in their properties. She likes to take a positive approach to learning new skills and is enthusiastic, friendly and honest with good organisation skills and attention to detail. Sales Coordinator, Pam. Pam has many years experience working in property, originally as a Housing Offer for a Housing Association. She started working part time for Tony in the lettings team, and then after a break away she came back to Martin & Co to help raise the profile of the sales business, and now deals with all aspects of sales from start to finish. As a well organised perfectionist who thrives on problem solving and dealing with difficult situations, Pam is well suited to dealing with sales progression and she always try to put herself in the shoes of the customer. Pam also has an HNC in Property Management Studies.
Happiness for Pam is...having the best of both worlds. Pam loves a challenge and loves being able to work, plus spend time with her children

Property Administrator, Laura. Laura is one of the newest members of the team, and is keen to develop her experience in the property industry. Her role involves handling references, drawing up contracts and managing the check-in process once a tenant has made an application. Laura is well suited to this role as she loves being busy at work!
