Michael van de Vyver is our Director and has been in the industry for 8 years & having lived in the area for most of his life knows his area & clientele exceptionally well.
Andy Sewell is our Senior Negotiator, he’s been in the property business for over 6 years & has vast experience in sales & lettings within Kensington & Chelsea.
Chris Cooke is our Lettings Negotiator with Martin & Co connections. Chris’s brother runs the Bournemouth Office so has a monthly competition with his brother on lettings! Chris normally wins.
Rita Bil is the Property Manager. She organises smooth running of the management team through organised systems & great people skills.
Matthew Cook is our Assistant Property Manager who previously worked with Savills & WA Ellis. His wealth of property experience proves invaluable daily.
Lauren Smith is new to the company as of February 2012 & works in our Property Managment Department. Her organisational skills & ability help our landlords & tenants are second to none so everyone is delighted to have her onboard.
Elena Mak is our Marketing Manager & organises the team who advertising everything for the office . Without her fanatical attention to detail the office would struggle to compete in the competitive London market.
Pete du Pon is our assistant marketeer charged with creating new business.
George Christo is our Finance Director. George runs the accounts department & his team is vital to our long standing client relationships & business as a whole.
