Just wanted to drop you an email expressing what a great help you have been in helping my husband and I become Landlords and Tenants all at once.
We found yourself, Jamie and your team extremely happy to help at very short notice most of the time and when everything looked like it was falling apart along came Jamie on his white horse with our new home :-)

You have been very thorough and available to answer any questions we've had straight away.
I hunted high and low for a great agent, literally spoke to them all, but where most lacked something, you and your team had it all.
Within your fantastic customer service is not only the basics but you have all gone the extra mile with us and our properties to make sure we are very happy and feel very safe leaving you to 100% manage it.
I was to say the least very anxious and probably terrified of not only moving to rented accommodation but renting our property to just anyone, but with your thorough checks and references you made me in particular feel relaxed and at ease throughout the whole process.

Have to say the firm you used were ab excellent in all respects. They answered the telephone promptly, very friendly and efficient, did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it by. The young lad who delivered and installed the new one was very competent, helpful and friendly. All so much different to our last place where things dragged on for months and we were left to do all the running about.

Hi Stephen just rounding up some loose ends before we on our cruise tomorrow. Have to sat this place is pretty sensational and we absolutely love it so thank you for notifying us up front and giving us first crack at getting it as it really is superb. We are sure our daughter and granddaughter will love it and that we will all be very happy here…………..anyway thanks a million once again and we hope that thing will continue as per the very impressive initial experience.

 

Since changing over to Martin & CO I have been more than satisfied with the level of service provided. They always get maximum rents for me and my void periods are low which with many properties is crucial to me.  Gary

The Customer Service from Steve has been absolutely brilliant for the years that I've had the pleasure of knowing that he is in charge of letting our flat. He makes every

process as smooth as possible including finding new tenants very quickly for us and the level of service has always been exceptional. I am always aware of what is going

on and he will always call to let me know of any information, updates, issues with the flat. Steve and his team do a fantastic job and it makes my life very easy knowing

HI Stephen really really appreciative of this level of excellent service. I have sent this on to my wife but not sure it is one we would like to see but what do I know, I am only a man.

Really don't want to sound ungrateful at all but whilst the location is ideal not sure the style is for us but will wait until I hear from the Oracle. Appreciate like all properties here this one will go quickly so if we decide to have a look we will call you asap.
