Stephen J Frost FARLA, Director. Stephen is a very experienced Estate Agent and a Fellow of ARLA (The Association of Residential Lettings Agents). He has 15 + years in the local Property Market, starting as a Trainee Sales Negotiator for a Corporate Agency, working his way up through the ranks and has spent his entire working career in the Customer Service Industry. Born in Chelmsford, Stephen is married with 4 Children. In his spare time Stephen runs a local Cub Scout Pack is involved in his Local Church and enjoys most sports, mainly from the armchair!
Charlotte Frost, Director. Charlotte is Stephen's wife and works behind the scenes with admin and telephone support to the office when needed. Prior to joing Stephen in running the family business Charlotte worked for a Local solicitors since leaving school. Charlotte is currently on maternity leave having just given birth to their 3rd Child Freya. Hobbies include walking and spending time with her family, which is important to her.
Emma Roberts MARLA, Branch Manager. Emma joined the team in 2012 and is highly motivated and enjoys taking on new properties and then letting them quickly. Emma has spent many years in the lettings industry working for independent agents and is well respected locally. Kelly Hutchins, Property Manager. Lynne joined the team in 2014 to compliment the Property Management team. Previously Kelly had worked for a group of Estate Agents in their property management department. Prior to this working in various customer service roles and bringing up her son.
Laura Cranfield, Property Manager. Laura joined the team in 2011, having recently returned from Maternity Leave. The role is crucial to looking after our managed properties and the needs of the Landlords and Tenants. Previous roles have included Branch Manager, Accounts Manager and Property Manager for a nationwide letting agency, working for Stephen previously. Laura has passed the ARLA level 1 competency test and hope to continue with her studies in the near future. In her spare time Laura enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog.
Natasha McMurdock, Branch Administrator. Tasha joined the team in Feb 2014 to assist the Negotiators with referencing and . Previously Kelly had worked for a group of Estate Agents in their property management department. Prior to this working in various customer service roles and bringing up her son.
