We work closely with our Martin & Co neighbours both to the north, the Martin & Co offices in Croydon and Leatherhead and to the South with Martin & Co Crawley and the Martin & Co Beckenham Office to our East, and we can all offer our clients the same quality service and we are confident in working together for the good of our clients. We also own and run the Reigate & Redhill office of Martin & Co where we have an shop in Reigate town centre and our two offices share a boundary and can often offer both our applicants and landlords the benefits of a wider catchment and a greater variety of rental flats and houses and tenants.
We play a very active role in the local business community and sit on a number of committees including that of A Better Caterham which is a scheme to improve the town centre and also the Business Traders Assocations.
The Martin & Co Caterham office was set up by a family who have lived in the area for many years and wanted to establish a lettings business offering a personal and quality service to Landlords and Tenants.

Caterham is situated south of London in a valley cut into the North Downs. This area is renowned for its schools, which are a major factor in families making the move to the area. Caterham School, Woldingham Girls School and Warlingham and De Stafford schools achieve excellent results year after year.
When people mention Caterham, the immediate thought is cars. The Caterham Car that Jeremy Clarkson rates so highly was designed, built and is still sold in Caterham town centre and it is not uncommon to see the fast kit cars on the surrounding roads. We're very excited as Caterham is now featured on the F1 circuit with Lotus having bought Caterham recently. There's even a chance of rebranding to Caterham in the future, so watch this space.
